Appearance: Surface scratch‑free, no crack, blister or peeling veneer, consistent color.
Dimension: Diagonal tolerance ≤2mm; uniform gap between door leaf & door frame 2‑3mm.
Opening & closing: Smooth movement, no jamming or noise. Hinges & lock work properly.
Paint finish: Even coating, good adhesion, no pitting or sagging.
Moisture content: 8‑12% to avoid warping & cracking.

Key Inspection Items
Wooden Door Production Process
Select qualified wood‑based panels, moisture‑content controlled at 8‑12%, stress relief by seasoning.
CNC cutting to required size, milling door shapes, lock holes and hinge notches.
Wood veneer bonded under high temperature pressure to avoid blistering & delamination.
Full edge‑banding to prevent moisture ingress.
Multi‑primer coats, sanding, color matching and final top‑coat in dust‑free workshop.
Pre‑fit door frame, install sealing strips, pre‑drill for hinges and lock.
Check dimension, appearance, gap and opening performance against sealed sample.
Corner protectors, moisture‑proof film and carton packing for sea transportation.
